CARROT & KALE SALAD
INGREDIENTS
Humble Seedz Saucy Dipz Caesar
4-5 large coloured heirloom carrots
Approx. 1 cup Kale, finely chopped
1-2 Spring onion
Pumpkin Seeds
Sesame Seeds
HOW TO MAKE
Peel and julienne the carrots – the size of matchsticks.
Finely chop the Kale. In a bowl, mix with carrots, and mix in your Dipz. Use as much as you see fit, we like approx 1/4 tub with this amount of ingredients.
Serve garnished with some finely sliced spring onion, and a generous sprinkle of sesame and pumpkin seeds.
