Spinach Pasta

INGREDIENTS

1/2 tub Humble Seedz Red Pepper Saucy Dipz 

250 g Penne

4 Shallots

1 cup fresh Spinach

2 cloves Garlic 

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

 

HOW TO MAKE

In a saucepan, boil pasta until al dente, drain water, but keep a cup of the pasta water aside to use for the sauce.

Finely slice shallots and garlic. Sauté shallots in a pan for a few minutes with a drizzle of olive oil. Then add the garlic and spinach, cook for a minute to two, until spinach is wilted.

Add the sautéed ingredients to the pasta, along with the Humble Seedz Red Pepper Saucy Dipz and about half a cup of the pasta water. Mix together until the pasta is coated with sauce. Add more water if needed.

Serves 2
